About Fleet Integrity

Built from operations.
Not theory.

Fleet Integrity exists to help road transport operators build compliance systems that make sense in the real world — clear, practical and backed by evidence.

The approach

Straightforward advice. Proper control.

Transport compliance is serious, but the way it is managed does not need to be complicated for the sake of it. The aim is to give operators clarity: what needs to happen, who owns it, when it is due, and what evidence proves it was done.

That means keeping a close eye on drivers' hours, maintenance, defects, roadworthiness, licence undertakings and operator systems — while still understanding the commercial reality of running transport.

01

Operationally grounded

Years spent in busy planning and transport environments means advice is built around how haulage actually runs.

02

Evidence led

Actions matter. Records matter. Follow-up matters. A good system should be visible if the operator is ever scrutinised.

03

Direct and practical

No layers of account management. Clients deal directly with the person carrying out the work.
